At TKelogistic, we believe in nurturing young talent and bridging the gap between academic learning and real-world experience. Our internship program for final-year students is designed to provide practical training, hands-on experience, and a clear pathway to full-time employment for those who demonstrate outstanding performance.
Each year, TKelogistic welcomes dozens of interns from universities specializing in Information Technology, Logistics, Business Administration, and Software Engineering. Over a 2–4 month internship period, students participate directly in real projects, working alongside experienced mentors and industry experts.

Interns who show exceptional capability, a positive attitude, and strong potential will be considered for full-time positions upon completion of the program. In the past year alone, over 70% of our interns have successfully joined the company as official employees, taking on roles such as software developers, system operation staff, solution consultants, and project assistant managers.
